Exhausting system

Precision carbon dioxide welding
The bed adopts a pipe welding or plate welding structure to ensure sufficient rigidity and stability.The weld height is up to 10mm, and the weld length is 15cm, leaving 15cm of blank space. The plate welding adopts the mortise and tenon structure and increases the number of reinforcing ribs to provide more reliable support for the bed

600°C high temperature annealing
The bed is annealed to remove internal stress, ensure its stability, and maintain cutting accuracy over time.

Sand blasting
Surface treatment: The surface of the bed has been specially treated, such as shot blasting, to completely remove oil and rust, while eliminating residual stress. This helps the workpiece to maintain a stable position during the cutting process and avoid cutting errors caused by uneven surfaces

Painting process
After the bed is shot blasted, the first coat of primer and the first coat of topcoat are sprayed. Then the bed is machined, including tapping and cleaning, and then the second coat of topcoat is sprayed. This ensures the beauty and durability of the bed, while improving the quality and life of the overall equipment.
